Animal rescuer Kazimir Nowlin barred from continuing Summerland livestock evacuations after rule breaches. Nowlin had been moving horses and other animals from the Bald Range evacuation zone since Friday but was told Tuesday night he could no longer work with ALERT after violating rules, including filming animals; rancher Carolyn Dobler said Nowlin rescued her animals and brought them to Oliver and OK Falls.
