ASIRT investigates officer-involved shooting in Bridlewood. Calgary police responded around 1 a.m. to the 1000 block of Bridlemeadows Manor for a disturbance; roughly two hours after the initial call an officer discharged a firearm and the suspect was taken to hospital in critical condition. No officers were injured; ASIRT was notified as standard practice.
Sentencing delayed after Crown prosecutor medical issue in deadly motorcycle crash case.
