1. Woman struck and killed by ION light rail train in Waterloo. Waterloo regional police say the collision happened Saturday night near Dutton Drive in the north end of Waterloo, where officers found a pedestrian struck by an ION train; police attempted life-saving measures and the woman died at the scene, and the force says no charges have been laid.
2. Bodies of two missing swimmers recovered near Grand Bend, OPP say. The Ontario Provincial Police report finding the remains of two swimmers who had been reported missing near the Grand Bend area.

1. Ontario launches review after some provincial websites display 'Lake America'. Minister Stephen Crawford said some agency sites pull map data from Google and the province is reviewing websites including Hydro One, Metrolinx, Infrastructure Ontario and the LCBO after users noticed Google Maps shows “Lake America” following a U.S. GNIS name change and a recent U.S. executive order; Google says U.S. users now see the new name while others do not.
2. Voters head to three federal by-elections in B.C., Ontario and Quebec on Monday.
