Collision halts rail, roads — A VIA Rail train (No. 644) collided with a snowplow near Guildwood (Scarborough Golf Club Rd & Kingston Rd) at about 1:40 p.m. Train 644 was travelling Toronto → Ottawa with 205 passengers.
