  1. Le premier ministre Wab Kinew s’est rendu sur un lieu d’inhumation lié au pensionnat indien de Brandon. Kinew s’est installé dans un tipi au Turtle Crossing Campground (un terrain de camping privé) au sud de l’ancien pensionnat, à l’occasion de la Journée nationale de la vérité et de la réconciliation, après que la province et la Ville de Brandon eurent conclu l’achat du terrain. La Sioux Valley Dakota Nation affirme que plus de 50 enfants y sont enterrés.
  2. Manitoba Hydro a importé presque autant d’électricité qu’il n’en a vendu en 2025-26. Les chiffres 2025-26 de la société montrent que l’électricité importée s’est approchée du total des ventes de l’exercice, information publiée dans les données annuelles de l’entreprise pour cette période financière.
  3. Une enquête sur des homicides au pénitencier à sécurité maximale du Manitoba n’a formulé aucune recommandation de changement. Le dossier de l’enquête conclut sans prescrire de réformes après l’examen des incidents survenus dans l’établissement correctionnel.
