1. RCMP say $44,000 worth of cocaine was seized at Oxford House Airport and a 23-year-old woman arrested. A First Nation Safety Officer detained the woman Wednesday night after finding a package during a passenger search; she faces possession for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with an undertaking and remains in custody, the Manitoba RCMP said.
2. Hundreds marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11 at the International Peace Garden with World Trade Center steel on display.
